Fair Isle Brewing

Four existing industrial buildings provide a visual history of past occupants with quirky architectural details. We exposed those details while thoughtfully layering in design refinements to tell the story of the new occupant and breathe new life into the tired space. The owners want to elevate the Seattle beer scene by providing a European experience for serving farmhouse beers similar to the true saisons along the Franco-Belgium border.
