The Naked Grocer

A one-hundred year old building constructed with six original mercantile storefronts at street-level, the owner found the corner space for their zero-to-low waste grocery store idea. Keeping an old school shopping experience at the front of mind, the design reflects a modern take on that traditional mercantile experience. The shelving was designed as a module system for less material waste and the wood was sustainably harvested with natural sealants applied.
